Hemp protein powder has become a common ingredient in my daily shakes
and smoothies, as is kale, spinach or lettuce, along with a greens
concentrate such as spirulina, chlorella or wheat grass powder (or
combination thereof). Additions such as maca powder, hemp oil, flax
seed and fruits & berries provide a very well rounded nutritional
profile.
I highly encourage checking out any one or all of these products for
