Luscious Berry "Cream" Smoothie

I created this entirely de-lish shake this morning after a beautiful walk outdoors. Whether on a regular day or with increased physical activity, this shake is sure to nourish and energize for hours. Enjoy Yum!

1 c frozen or fresh mixed berries
1/2 avocado (save the extra for your lunchtime salad)
2 T hemp protein powder OR hemp hearts
4-5 medjool or honey dates (liquid agave, stevia or honey - not vegan - are also nice sweetener options)
2-3 sprigs fresh mint (optional, I have the luxury of picking this straight away from the garden)
1 T nutritional yeast (optional)
1/4 t celtic sea salt OR dulse flakes
1 c water (or more depending on your desired thickness)

Add to quality high speed blender and blend well. I also add 1 to 2 teaspoons of greens concentrate by Trophic (spirulina, chlorella, barley & wheat grasses), depending on my workout and activity level on that day. Today I added 1 teaspoon.
