Our Best Salad

Sunday evening's dinner entailed one of the best salads I have had the honor of enjoying. Sharing with loved ones truly does make it that much sweeter! Enjoy this.

Creates 5 c
Prep Time 10 m

4 c organic spring mix greens
4 T sunflower seeds
1 T hemp seeds
1/4 c dried cranberries

Cashew Cream Dressing:

1/4 c cashews
1 c water
1/2 t celtic sea salt
1 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic (optional)

In high speed blender, add all ingredients. Blend well to creamy smooth.

Toss greens with dressing, sprinkle with seeds and cranberries.

Additions: minced kale, collard or favorite greens
