Greens & Sweets Shake

A most enjoyed drink following a refreshing walk/run in Wascana Park, part of the Nutrition Month Fun Run. Thank you Linda for sharing the invite!

Fresh Greens & Sweets Shake

Creates: 2 1/2c
Prep Time: 5m

2 T greens powder (spirulina, chlorella, or your fav blend) or handful of fresh green leafy vegetables
2 T hemp seeds
1 carrot
1/2 c fresh coconut water (see video on side panel for demo on opening your own!)
1 c fresh water
5 dates (optional)

Blend and enjoy. This drink provides energy for hours. Electrolytes from the coconut water, protein from the hemp seeds and greens, as well as magnesium, vitamin C, beta carotene, Vitamin K and iron from the dates. Very efficient fuel.
