this recipe came to me in blissful meditation and is also an adaptation of Jeremy Safron's "bliss balls". I had been reading Jeremy's book The Raw Truth one day prior and the next morning when ready to start a new raw creation, intuitively opened the page to his recipe. Jeremy truly shares beautiful insight into the realm of raw food and the glorious lifestyle we are open to receive as we appreciate the bounty of mother earth's gifts.

enjoy this one and have fun with your own creations. incorporate the nuts, seeds, fruits & spices you have to create a signature piece all your own! create them with love and beautiful intention. share them with friends and family and share the love. they will taste dreamy!

1 c sprouted buckwheat
1/4 c water
1/4 c agave
1/2 c ground almonds
1T hemp powder
1/4 c soaked raisins or dates
1T lemon juice
1/3 c sesame seeds
1/3 c sunflower seeds
1/3 c lemon zest
4 t freshly ground nutmeg
1/3 t spirulina

blend buckwheat, water, agave, almond meal and hemp powder in mixer. add chopped dates or raisins, hand blend in lemon zest, seeds and sprinkle in nutmeg and spriulina. roll into apricot sized balls. feel free to roll them into dried and shredded coconut too. these are beautiful for a mid-day snack or a meal on the go. They are abundant in nutrients and provide the body, mind and spirit with a truly blissful treat. enjoy in all the goodness.
