Soak in the prana

Earlier this year I attended a yoga conference in New York and in my practice today I was reminded of one of my experiences there. I am in such gratitude for the opportunity to train with such dedicated instructors. The session I speak of was with Rodney Yee - it will forever stand out in my mind and hold truth in my heart. Rodney was explaining the heart's ability to absorb love and used the analogy of shooting an arrow that splits an arrow already centered on the bullseye. The arrow being the prana, our life force, and the centre point (bullseye) being our hearts. There is infinite flow and we have the capacity to continually soak in the prana. He repeated those four words over and over in the silence of the room until every one of us truly felt their meaning.

Soak in the prana.

For it is in our continued expansion of allowance of space in our hearts that we find our greatest love.

That of truth.

Blessings to all,
