This blend is so good, and seemingly perfect on a cooler spring/summer day.
Creates: 1 1/2 cups
Prep Time: 5 to 15 minutes (depending on having coconut flesh ready at hand)
Flesh of 2 young Thai coconuts*
1/2 c coconut water
1 banana
2 large leaves of Chard (or handful of spinach)
1 T cinnamon
1/2 T Maca root powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in favorite high speed blender.
Pour or scoop into serving dishes and enjoy.
