The Joy (one of many) of creating with raw vegan foods

In a small bowl add ground pecans, dried cranberries, cinnamon and your favorite liquid sweetener (such as maple syrup, honey, agave). Toss and sample.

For anyone experiencing gluten intolerance, hypoglycemia or any ailments that restricts the enjoyment of sweets, this is a real treat.

The flavors infuse to recreate that of Christmas cake. Pure Yum.

And the nice thing is, a few simple bites nourish and satisfy! No need for large quantities.
