Creates: 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 banana
2 T chia seeds
1 T hemp hearts
1/4 t spirulina
Handful of spinach or fav green leafy
1/4 c dates, pits removed
1/4 c blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 c fresh water
Add all but blueberries to VitaMix or favorite high speed blender. Blend well to creamy smooth.
Add blueberries to serving glass and add mixture from blender. Insert straw and enjoy!
