this one after work for a quick snack before heading out for a walk,
while ensuring the essential nutrients for activity and energy
balance. Plus it tastes awesome.
Creates: 1 serving (roll)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 large leaf of Romaine
1 banana
1 Tbsp hempseeds or hempseed "butter"
1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt
Wash and blot dry romaine leaf. Place banana along center of leaf.
Sprinkle with hempseeds and salt or spread with hempseed "butter".
Enjoy.
