Creates: 10 bite size pieces
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Tool Required: hand eye coordination, some dexterity skill to stir ;)
1/2 cup dates (10-12 honey or 5 medjool in halves, choose your favorite)
2 Tbsp coconut butter
1/4 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp spirulina or favorite green powder (chlorella, wheat grass,
barley grass)
Add ingredients to mixing bowl and stir. Store in air tight container
in refridgerator or freezer. Enjoy these bites at anytime of the day
for sustainable, nourishing and healthy nutrition.
Additions: add hempseeds, hemp protien powder, pumpkin seeds and
sesame or sunflower seeds. Roll in shredded coconut. Sprinkle with
Vega Whole Food Optimizer in Natural or Vanilla Chai.
