Warmed Spinach & Roma Tomato Salad

An absolute must to try during the winter months.... very warming!

Warmed Spinach & Roma Tomato Salad

1 bunch fresh spinach
1 Roma tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T fresh lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 t celtic sea salt
1/4 t stevia, fresh ground*

Toss lightly into favorite serving platter, place in dehydrator or slightly warm oven for 5 minutes to warm and gently wilt spinach. Add 1T nutritional yeast as an option for creamier dressing and sliced apple or pear for sweet flare. Garnish with dried squash seeds, diced dried red pepper & cracked black peppercorns.


*stevia powder is found in most organic markets or try growing this wonderfully sweet herb in your own herb garden, indoor or out.
