Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

A delectable version of the traditional.

1 c soaked cashews
1T coconut butter
1/4 c agave
1" of vanilla been
pinch of sea salt

Blend all ingredients, including cashew water, thoroughly in blender or Vita-Mix until smooth. Pour into freezable container and set in freezer for 1-2 hours. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes prior to serving. Enjoy abundantly!
