Crackers:
1 c medium ground flax meal
1 T kelp powder
1 t sea salt
1/3 c water
1 1/2 t lemon juice
1 clove garlic (optional)
Combine dry ingredients thoroughly, add water and lemon juice to create spreadable mixture. Spread onto dehydrator sheet in a rectangular shape. Score into 9, 12, 18, or 24 pieces depending on size of cracker you prefer. Dry for 4 hours, turn over and continue drying until crips, approximately 24 hours.
Sesame Wasabi Spread:
2 T powdered Japanese Radish
1/2 t water
1/2 T agave
1/4 t sesame seeds
Combine water and radish powder to form nice smooth wasabi paste. drizzle in agave and stir. To serve, plate the wasabi in a nice round, drizzle with additional agave syrup and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
