Ideally the greatest food choices are those made with the highest level of consciousness. That is, being well aware of what, why and how!
For some, wise choices include items that may or may not be considered acceptable to others or to certain nutritional labellings such as raw, vegan or vegetarian.
If it makes optimum sense for ones food choices to include say butter, honey or corn crisps. So be it and be it well.
The key is knowing what is best for you, enjoying & fully appreciating the bounty of the gifts and mastering the art of the phrase everything is energy. Yes, we may be what we eat. We too are what we think, what we do and what we think about what we do ;)
Eco Cuisine can be explained as local, sustainable, whole, natural, nutritious, enjoyable, bountiful or zero footprint. For each of us these attributes vary.The what and the how of what we do play together consciously. Giving thought to the intention, the origin and wholeness of a meal, be it a single piece of fruit or a 5 course gourmet, in choosing with the greatest consciousness and with our best heart and foot forward, we are all a little better for it.
