Reserving the "pulp" from your home made almond milk has many benefits! Add to smoothies, bake/dehydrate into cakes & cookies and my personal favorite, make a "better than rice" pudding.
"Better Than Rice" Pudding
1 c Almond Pulp (or any amount)
1 t Cinnamon (or to taste)
1/4 c Raisins
Combine ingredients and let stand up to an hour or enjoy right away. Store in fridge for up to two days.
