Cinnamon Kale Honey Shake

Creates 2 1/2 cups
Prep Time 5 minutes

5 leaves of kale, stems removed
1 1/2 T honey
1/4 to 1/2 t cinnamon (or more to taste)
1/2 c diced carrots
Palmful of walnuts halves
1 c water

Blend well and enjoy! Yum!
