Vegan Macaroon Bars

Creates: 5"x7" pan
Prep Time: 15 minutes

1 c oats
1/4 c coconut
1 1/2 T cacao butter
1 T coconut butter
1 T cacao powder
1 T agave or maple syrup
Sea salt

Melt butters in sauce pan on medium heat. Add powder and stir to mix thoroughly. Add syrup and stir. Add oats, coconut and pinch of sea salt. Stir to cover thoroughly.

Press into glass dish and place in refrigerator to cool and set.

Cut into bars.

Macaroon Bars have a chewy texture and are super tasty and awesome!
