Her simple recipe is so easy
1 medium white onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 stalks celery, diced (optional)
2 T olive oil
1 c Quinoa
1 c Lentils
2 c Water
Sea salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
Curry powder
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil in medium saucepan. Add quinoa and lentils. Cover with water and bring to boil. Let simmer on low with lid on for 30 minutes. Add spices of choice. Hers are celtic sea salt or veggie salt, black pepper and curry powder. Serve and enjoy with love!
