Mmmm Curry

Creates: 4 cups
Prep Time: 20 minutes

1 small head cauliflower
2 c chick peas, cooked
4 T parsley
1 T cashews, course ground
4 t curry powder
Black pepper & sea salt to taste

Steam cauliflower and toss with remaining ingredients. Serve and enjoy.
