Half Moon Bites

.....named by my Mother :)

Creates: 24 bites
Prep Time: 10 minutes

2 cups dates, pits removed
2 scoops Vega powder (Smoothie Infusion, Whole Food Optimizer or new Vega One)
2 T chia seeds
2 T hempseed oil
24 raw cashews

Combine all ingredients in food processor or mix by hand in bowl. Press into glass pan approx 7" x 4" and cut into 1" bites. Top with cashews.

Place in freezer up to one week.
