This luscious leafy vegetable is so packed with nutrients, it provides sustainable energy for hours.
Here's another way I like to enjoy mine.
Wash a handful of leaves and remove stems. Set them aside for smoothies or discard to compost.
Plate the leaf pieces and drizzle with hempseed oil ( or your favorite cold pressed oil ). Sprinkle with nutritional yeast, cracked black peppercorns, Celtic sea salt and fresh minced garlic.
