Prep Time: 5 minutes
3/4 c almonds
1/4 c grape seed oil
1 1/2 T miso
Add ingredients to Vita-Mix, almonds first, then oil and midi. Grind to medium texture. Transfer to bowl and serve.
Great on salads as topping, with side dishes for additional flavor or as a snack.
Dehydrating for additional crunch is optional.
