Creates : 3/4 cup
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 t Celtic sea salt
1/4 t cracked black pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 c water
1 small Roma or 1/2 vine ripened tomato
Add all ingredients to blender and blend well to creamy texture. Serve alongside leaves if kale for dipping and rolling.
Garnish with additional sunflower seeds, diced tomato and cracked black pepper.
