Spicy Mashed, Raw Style!

The spice in this one comes from the combination of raw garlic and natural "kick" of the cauliflower.

Creates: 4 cups
Prep Time: 10 minutes

1 head cauliflower
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 t Celtic sea salt
1 clove garlic
Cracked black peppercorns

Clean and separate cauliflower head into medium size flowerettes. In high speed blender, gradually add flowerettes and blend to a fine consistency.

Add oil and remaining ingredients. Blend to fluffy smooth.

Transfer to serving bowl and top with additional cracked black pepper.

Enjoy with a miso gravy or as is for a warming side dish.
