Apples are in abundance this time of year and make a perfect topping
to any salad....
Creates: 2 side salads or 1 main
Prep Time: 5 minutes
4 c mixed organic greens & herbs
1 vine ripened tomato, diced
1 granny smith apple (nice and crisp for salads), thinly sliced
2 Tbsp hempseed oil
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
Toss and serve.
The hempseed oil adds the warming component to the salad and balances the cool, crispness of the leaves and apples.
