Tonight's Salad

Creates: 2 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes

2 cups Mixed Organic Baby Leaf Greens, rinsed
1 Gala Apple, sliced
1 Avocado, diced
1 Tomato, diced
4 Crimini Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Hempseed Oil

Divide ingredients equally between two serving platters. Enjoy!

For additions, consider adding hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, cracked back
pepper, garlic
