The Joys of Eating Hemp Seeds

When looking for an optimal source of amino acids, look directly to nature! Hemp seeds, for example, are an ideal source of amino acids and contain 18 of the 22 essential and non essential varieties. Because hemp seeds are a whole, raw, natural food, the body can readily process, absorb and build cellular health from them. Individuals can live on hemp seeds, water and sunshine alone for a prolonged period of time as the body is receiving a healthy balance of amino acids, carbohydrates and essential fatty acids.
