Pictured here is a simple bed of romaine, diced tomato, hempseed oil,
Celtic sea salt and a few medjool dates, halved with pits removed.
The pleasant taste of sweet, zesty and salty come together
beautifully. This dish makes for the perfect side salad or with a few
of the above mentioned extras, a main dish for lunch.
