Awesome daily smoothie

a nice and easy way to ensure a daily dose of balance - carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and amino acids

Creates: 2 1/2 cups
Pre Time: 5 minutes

1 banana
1 leaf of kale
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
1-2 cups water
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp spirulina or fav green pwdr (optional)

Add all ingredients to favorite high speed blender and blend to creamy smooth. Pour into tall glass and enjoy. Share with friends.
