A light snack before a gorgeous walk this morning...
Conveniently, green leafy vegetables create the perfect wraps! So quick & easy and can be filled with your favorite ingredients. This morning I enjoyed the following:
Creates: 1 roll
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Tools Required: Enjoyment ;)
1 large leaf of kale
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
Simply lay the tomato slices onto a freshly washed leaf of kale. Sprinkle with salt and curl in edges of the leaf. Enjoy.
