Fruit Sorbet

So for today I created a little Fruit Sorbet and enjoyed it after a
nice afternoon with the ladies at the store.

Creates: 2 cups
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Tools Required: High Speed Blender

1 cup mixed frozen fruit (pineapple, honeydew melon, peach slices,
strawberries, grapes)

1 Tbsp hemp hearts

1 T coconut butter

1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt

Blend in High Speed blender. Garnish with mint and/or basil and Celtic
salt (optional)

Complete amino acid source, along with electrolyte balance and
essential fatty acids for full absorption of all required nutrients.

Additions: drizzle with agave nectar, sprinkle with cinnamon.
