Post Workout Shake

after a few rounds on the stairs, I enjoyed a hearty post workout shake that rejuvinated an replenished me for hours!

Creates 2 c
Prep Time 5 m

1 banana
1 apple
1 t chlorella powder
1/2 t maca powder
1 T hemp seeds
1 c water
1/2 avocado
1 c fresh iceburg lettuce
1/4 t cinnamon

Blend to creamy smooth, enjoy and rest to absorb. Total replenishment for the cells!
