a graciously inspired snack...
Creates: 2 rolls or 12 pieces
Prep Time: 5 m
2 nori sheets
2 T coconut butter
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T greens powder (spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass)
1 banana
Spread 1 T coconut butter onto each nori sheet. Sprinkle sheets with 1/4 t cinnamon and 1 T greens powder of choice. Peel banana and slice in half length-wise. Place one-half onto edge of each nori sheet. Roll sheets and seal with water if required. Slice each roll into 6 equal size pieces. Enjoy!
