Alfalfa Seeds, Part II

I know I've written about these little gems before and I feel I must continue with a little more. These little seeds and sprouts are like rocket fuel.

There is more energy in these tiny little seeds than on many a common dinner plate. Why? Really good question.

For starters, a seed's intention is to grow and once sprouted is alive in its enzymatic compound. Two, they are brimming with nutrition including A-vitamin, B2, 6, 9, Gamma-Linolenic Acid among others. They are tasty too with a nutty flavor to them.

Next time you make a pre or post workout shake, a breakfast smoothie or nice dinner/lunch salad, consider sprinkling on a few alfalfa sprouts and reward yourself with good energy.
