Blueberry Granola Crunch

In exercising a little creativity, I created a nice light granola. Great as a snack or a breakfast cereal with some natural almond milk. Enjoy

1 c organic rolled oats
4 T agave nectar
1/4 c flax
1/4 c blueberries
1/4 t cinnamon
pinch of celtic sea salt

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients well. Transfer onto sheet/tray for convection oven or dehydrator and dry for up to 4 hours (optional). Alternatively, simply place into airtight container in refrigerator and enjoy within 1- 2 days.
