Carrot Soup

Creates 5 c
Prep Time: 10 m

5 carrots peeled & chopped (4 c)
¼ t cumin
¼ c grapeseed oil
1 c water
2 t celery seed
¼ T pumpkin seeds (x5)
¼ t hemp or olive oil (x5)

Add carrots, cumin, grapeseed oil, water and celery seed to high-speed blender. Starting on low speed, blend mixture gradually working to high speed to creamy smooth consistency. Blend for 2 – 3 minutes. Pour into serving bowls.

Sprinkle individual serving dishes with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with hemp or olive oil.

Additions: curry, coconut, cinnamon, garlic
