Spring Cleaning

Ah, the glorious time of spring... A time for refreshing our closets, our tastebuds and our livelihood.

Here is a suggestion for a truly energizing and enlightening springtime ritual...

Enjoy 6 or more glasses of the cleanest, most pure water daily. And if you're like me and you love the feeling if freshness in body mind and soul, allow one day per month ( or week if you're an old hand at this ) of purely drinking water. I assure you the benefits are limitless. Just this week I clearly benefited from the array of enlightened insights from my fresh water day... Ideas for the future, insights as to areas of my wellbeing I can improve upon and confirmation that a plant based nutritional profile is ideal for my lifestyle and one that greatly benefits our planet.

Ensure your water is from a pure source. That is either a distilled water with hexagonal structured concentrate added, or a natural spring water with a good "hado". Studies show that our bodies respond well to water that vibrates on a positive note. I highly recommend reading "The Truth About Water" by Masuro Emoto, known for his appearance in What The Bleep Do We Know.

For more information on structured water, hado and nourishing your life, please visit www.just4me.ca and www.masuroemoto.com. Also visit our website to enjoy any one of Dr Emoto's books... www.corinnejohnson.blogspot.com/shop

Enjoy plenty of relaxation on your day or days of fresh water. Treat your body well and allow your cells to fully absorb the nutrients naturally provided. Stay in, relax, read a book, enjoy some "me" time. You will be so glad you did.

Until next time, let your light shine...
Corinne
