Perfect Snack

These are lighter than your average snack and nutrient-dense too, so you only need a small amount!


Breakfast Bites

1 c almonds
1/4 c dates, soaked
spirulina

Gently grind almonds in high speed blender to medium, fine ground. By hand, blend in softened dates or if preferred, blend to a paste before combining. Roll into balls, form into squares are make a full bar. Roll in spirulina, set in refridgerator to set.
