Celebrate Earth Day with Gifts from Mother Nature

Prepare an all natural meal for yourself & loved ones!

...a new spin on an old classic...

Carrot Raisin Fruit Salad

4 c carrots, peeled and medium grate in food processor
1 c raisins, rinsed and soak a few minutes
1/2 c walnuts, medium ground
4 T apple cider vinegar
1 leaf kale, spine removed, finely minced

Combine carrots, raisins, walnuts, vinegar & stevia to taste. Toss to blend well and plate or serve in favorite salad bowl. Top with additional ground walnut and minced kale garnish. Cracked sea salt is a nice addition. Colorful, fun and a most delicious flavor for all the senses. Serve aside your favorite main dish and a fresh apple smoothie for a wonderful well rounded meal.
