Herbed Beet Greens & Cashew Cream

1 bunch fresh beet greens
1 c fresh herbs, oregano, cilantro, basil
1/4 c concord grapes
1 T hemp seed

Cashew Cream:
1/4 c cashews
1 c garlic
1/8 c dulse
1/8 c lemon juice
1/8 t celtic sea salt

Freshly dice beet greens and toss with diced herbs & grapes. Dress with cashew cream to marinade. Sprinkle with hemp and serve.
