1 head cauliflower
2 T apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 T olive oil
2 t cracked black peppercorns
1/2 T sea sat
1 T raw coconut
Fold away greens and cut out stem from head of cauliflower. Create bite size flowers and toss with all ingredients. Serve fresh as a side or as a snack/meal on its own. Dehydrate for 1-2 hours to create a unique crisp and warmth to the flowers. Beautiful, scrumptious and most enjoyable!
