Tribal Wild Rice Salad

a beautiful nutty flavored summertime meal*

1 1/2c soaked wild rice
1/3 c olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
1 t Himalayan sea salt
fresh herbs of oregano, tarragon and cilantro
2 T dried shredded coconut

allow the rice to soak for 1-2 days. the rice softens beautifully when given the right amount of time! when ready to prepare, blend herbs with fresh pressed garlic and the olive oil, toss with rice to combine. set to marinate for a richer, deeper flavor or serve right away. top with sprinkle of dried organic coconut and garnish with fresh sprig of cilantro.
