kale with tahini dressing

a beautiful & glorious meal! this version is an inspiration from THE Raw Chef, Russell James. Please visit his website. Often!

To start:
1 bunch of fresh organic kale
1 T Himalayan sea salt
1 medium tomato

Rub the salt onto the kale leaves to soften, let sit for up to one hour before preparing meal.

1/2 c sesame seeds
1 c water
1 clove garlic
1/3 t celtic sea salt
1T fresh squeezed lemon juice

Blend together until creamy smooth.

To Prepare:
Chop the kale and place in serving bowl. Dice tomato, leaving seeds in or if preferred set aside for blending into another of your favorite salad dressings or pasta sauces. Toss tomato with kale. Pour on dressing and voila!
