Collard Leaf Fresh Rolls w/ Walnut Pate

Serves 4:

4 leaves of collard greens
2 red Bartlett pears
1 small bunch of cilantro
1/3 c coarsely ground walnuts
¼ c raisins, soaked
½ cup Walnut Pate*

To assemble:
Slice the vines from the collard leaves, creating halves. Spread even layer of Walnut Pate onto leaves, add 2 slices of pear on one end along with sprinkling of ground walnuts and raisins. Add 2-3 sprigs of cilantro. Roll and serve!

*Walnut Pate:
¼ c walnuts
1 clove garlic
1 t lemon juice
sea salt
