Stay open

With so much coming at us in our daily lives, whether at the office, at home or while being entertained by the media, there may be times when we are ready to "shut off" or "disconnect" from the world around us. Truthfully, it is to our advantage to stay open and maintain a mentality of abundance. We have the ability to filter and ultimately make positive mental choices on what we "keep" and what we don't. It's like creating a healthy shield between ourselves and the world - a permeable one that moves and flows with us as we go through our day. True, it is important to take time out everyday to rest, rejuvinate and replenish our energy supply. This type of time out maintains an openness and contributes to our well being.

Take a breath and on the exhale imagine all the unncessary "stuff" that may have absorbed into your mind, heart and body be released. This energetic matter can then be recycled into the clean, fresh air that is graciously inhaled in.

Enjoy a fresh breath.
